Afrimobile review: Contract was never finalized

I took out a contract with Afrimobile in November 2023 but the contract was never finalized. The next thing a debit order went off my capitec account without even having the phone. On the 5th of January 2024 a second dibit order went off my capitec account. I have tried numerous times to call the company as well as email but it seems like it's all fraudulent.
