They promise to give a service which it did not happened, I couldn't work, I was fired from my online job thanks to this company trash service. And I canceled immediately and now they are charging 461.69 when their service was not working properly. Is not fair that now they destroy our credit because they want us to pay something that it never works.
Desired outcome: I want them to delete that bill because the company neither did their part of the contract, I did not got service, why do i have to pay then?
