I ordered a 7 pc Ashley dining set on Aug. 20,2022. they took funds from my account the day I ordered. Received an email Aug. 30, stating set was on backorder and estimated wait time was 12 weeks but could change. On Aug. 31st I replied to their email requesting a refund, I didn't want to wait. Their reply was it would take 7-14 business days for the warehouse to confirm the cancellation of my order, then 2-5 days for the bank to credit my account. I have emailed several times, called and waited hours on the phone only to be disconnected before reaching a live human, if that even exist. I am so upset and this is so wrong. Please help.

This exact same thing happened to me. I can't get them to refund me over $800 I paid for a furniture set from Ashley. I called to cancel after repeatedly getting notifications that the item was backordered and upon checking the Ashley website found that I could get the item in as little as 2 weeks. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
