Advocate Construction review: Terrible company

Advocate Construction pressured me into signing a contract. No payments have been made or final scope of work has been approved or even insurance quote given, but they are charging a $5000 cancellation fee. Under no circumstance should you ever let them into your house and sign any paper work. They conveniently leave out important information such as cancellation and misled you into thinking this is just a free inspection. They will call other companies scummy but in reality they are the ones who your should avoid. Other companies will do the inspection for free without signing a contract, choose any other company. You will find reviews by other people that have had similar experience such as mine.
