Advantage One Tax Consulting

This is a classic example of a fraud company.
They will fool you by making a wrong draft showing us that we will get $XYZ return, then they will ask us to pay for their payment and then they will file taxes with the different calculation where there is no return but we have to pay way more.
No one accepting their mistake, no one there to receive a phone call and respond to an email because they got payment.
Every time their customer care telling that they will update in 24 hours & they will reply to an email but no email and no callback.
I recommend to all that do not file taxes with this fraud company and do not recommend it to your friend or relatives. This company should be ban from the USA.

Our tax return was filed separately on federal return even after constantly telling the AOTAX people to file it jointly. We lost return money because of that and we are not even getting the COVID relief as well. It's ridiculous! I asked them for the tax return copy multiple times but never got it. Old drafts were filed for the state tax returns and there was no proper communication between the employees dealing with our return. An amendment needs to be filed for that but we have received no proper communication on that from AOTAX. We even received an IRS notice because of this. We are taking care of the notice ourselves because we can't expect anything from this useless tax services company. There were so many issues with the drafts - like address was wrong, my SSN replaced with my wife's SSN, and whenever we called or messaged for a resolution, someone new came on and screwed up our return. These guys wasted our time and energy - we could have done a better job ourselves.

I submitted my tax return for 2018 through AO Tax (Ticket#***). Recently, I received an audit query from the IRS regarding this. I contacted AO Tax about the audit letter, and they advised me to raise an Audit ticket, which I did (Ticket#***). I did this two weeks ago, but I have not received a response from them yet. I also requested a callback regarding this matter, and they assured me that someone would contact me within 24 hours. However, no one has called me. This is very unprofessional and will cost me money because I will have to go somewhere else to address this issue. Ideally, this should have been free since AO Tax filed my taxes incorrectly.

I had some trouble with Advantage One Tax Consulting y'all. They gave good service before, but this year was just da worst. They went MIA on me after I paid my invoice. Ain't that just like some businesses though? They get what they want and then they don't care no more. So if y'all thinking about using them next year, just be careful, ya hear?

All they care about is taking your money. They didn't even bother to file my tax return from two years ago and didn't communicate with me about the issue at all. Now I'm dealing with the consequences of their negligence during the current tax year. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

So I went to aotax.com to get help with my taxes. I gave them all my stuff and paid them, but I haven't heard nothing from them since. I tried calling their customer service, but they ain't answering. They got this thing called escalation, but they ain't doing nothing about it and they ain't telling me nuthin. It's just real bad, man.
