The store #9505 located at 10070 S US 1 has the most unprofessional manager by the name of Ricardo. I was returning a remote key case that I had originally purchased at a different Advance store locally. What I needed was the insides of the remote, not just the case. The manager refused to refund my money and was so rude. He told me that it was a used item because he saw a very small scratch where I opened the case, only to find out that it had no insides, case only. I tried to explain that it was not used, he got extremely loud with me and started to speak Spanish to his female coworker. I don't speak Spanish, so I don't know what he said. He continued to berate me loudly and told me to go back to the store I bought it from. I also had a few nasty words for him at this point, basically he called me a liar. I have reached out on social media about him and left 2 bad reviews. This man has no reason to be working with the public and also, I am an elderly woman that he disrespected and did nothing that would warrant being spoke to like that.

Desired outcome: I would an apology from him, and I will go to the original store to try to refund my unused product. He needs to be reprimanded. At this point, I will never step inside of a Advanced Auto and am also letting others know about this.
