Frank F. was our loan manager, first off he was very professional and very polite. He got me the information and numbers I needed with out any high pressure to try to sell me something I did not need. Not like some of the bigger internet mortgage companies, also there was no up front money to start a loan like those other companies. Frank kept me informed the whole time. This was the easiest loan I ever did, thank you Frank and AMIC.

I would highly recommend Michael B of AMIC if you are in need of a mortgage banker . He has been a constant professional and gone above and beyond what I feel is his responsibilities are to help me through this process . He is very honest , organized & efficient in the process and wiling to help his clients in any way possible . I cannot express the amount of gratitude that he deserves in the way he conducts himself and of his job performance.

Franklin Fletcher is an absolute lifesaver. I never imagined a refinance could be so easy and painless. He helped me along the way, stayed on top of everything even if I forgot about something, and conducts his business in a very professional manner. A bunch of fools that like to waste peoples time! Spent a couple of weeks getting all my paperwork together. Was told by Cameron everything looks great and he would contact me with a closing date. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I send him an email today and he says our monthly income doesn't reach the minimum level for the loan. (I just bought this has last July & our taxable income went up from the previous year). So apparently they can't understand and do simple math. So I will take my refi business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with AMIC. I just closed a refinance loan on my house with Advance Mortgage. Although it took some extra time to close due to the overwhelming demand for refinance loans, my experience with this company was very positive. My loan manager was Frank F and not only did he stay with me every step of the way, he kept me informed of exactly where my loan was in the process. It was wonderful to only have to deal with one person. Frank not only kept me informed, but always very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Advance Mortgage and especially Frank F for all your mortgage needs.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN TWO YEARS THAT WE HAVE USED AMIC FOR A REFI. THE SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE. ONCE WE CONTACTED AND TALKED TO FRANK, WE HAD NO NEED TO TALK TO ANYONE ELSE. Mike Bh(AMIC) made the entire mortgage process go very smoothly for me. In all my years of going through this process a few times, I've never had it handled so expertly and efficiently. Mike has an easy-going, patient, and personable manner about him. I was able to ask questions and get responses that didn't make me feel rushed or inadequate. The initial rate was accurate and the closing costs improved from the original quote. They use Nations Direct Title Agency who were also very responsive and easy to work with. Over the 2 weeks that we worked together, Alexis was cordial with an attention to details, helping to sort through our mortgage ReFi options. Communication is her hallmark providing consistent contact via phone, email or text messaging updates of progress being made and the next steps in the ReFi approval process. I gotta say, Advance Mortgage and Investment Company, LLC ain't all that great. They messed up big time and gave me the wrong info about closing costs and escrow. It's like they don't even know what they're doing. Don't waste your time with these guys.

AMIC bought my mortgage info from my lender and they keep sending me mail I didn't ask for. I tried to tell them to stop but they won't listen. They keep sending me stuff about lower mortgage rates but I don't want it. The mail doesn't even have a return address so I can't send it back. I tried calling them but they never pick up, even when it's supposed to be business hours. I left a voicemail but they never called me back. I just want them to stop sending me this spam mail.
