Adtalem Global Education

I secured the acquisition deal on April 29, 2022 with the flex payment plan. Now my boss wants to pay the full balance by check. I've contacted customer service repeatedly, yet they provided no information on where to send the payment. Attempts to reach upper management were futile, as no one could direct me appropriately. An online request for contact yielded no response. My employer needs to pay by check for tax purposes, but assistance is lacking.

I talked to someone from Adtalem Global Education about 1.5 weeks ago cuz some things changed in my life. I had to leave the course real quick after I bought my membership cuz I had to look after a family member all the time. Now, other people in my family can help with my grandma who lived with me. The rep was nice and got why I had to leave, but they said they can't do anything cuz of their policy. I gave them almost $3000 and they only offered to give me half off a new sub. That's just bad service, especially cuz this was coz of medical stuff that I couldn't control.

Adtalem, like, sent an email to us on 7/15 saying we gotta get, like, fully vaccinated by Aug. 28th. I called them up on 7/16 about my worries but no one even knew what was happening and they didn't even know we got an email like the staff did. I sent a ton of emails and made a bunch of calls but got no feedback or nothing. It just made me more worried. Then I talked to some person at the school and they said if I bailed on the semester now, I could owe the school more cash but they didn't know how much. I gotta quit and see if Adtalem hits me up.

I got a Tech Kit for my school from Adtalem Global Education, Inc. website. They charged me $206.96 for the Kit which will arrive after my payment. I was given an order confirmation number, Order ***. I read that they take 24 to 48 hours to process and ship Domestic and International Orders on their FAQ page. I asked three times through their online form to call me about my order, but they only sent an email telling me to be patient which was no help at all. My class started today, but my Tech Kit still hasn't arrived.

I went to a school owned by adtalem and ended up getting charged for some electricity. I tried to get proof of the charges and bills but they keep sending me bills that don't match the amount charged. I asked for help but haven't gotten any response, even after they threatened to send me to collections. I've tried calling and emailing the different departments but no one answers. I have the bills they sent me and my account information.
