I got the *** (a part of Adtalem Global Education, Inc.) *** deal on April 29, 2022 with the flex payment plan. Now my boss wants to pay the full balance by check. I've phoned the *** customer service many times, but they didn't give any info or help to tell where to send the check. I tried to contact the higher-ups, but no one could say who to ask. I even sent an online request to be contacted but got no email back. My employer needs to pay by check for a tax deduction, and no one will help me find an answer.

I talked to someone from Adtalem Global Education about 1.5 weeks ago cuz some things changed in my life. I had to leave the course real quick after I bought my membership cuz I had to look after a family member all the time. Now, other people in my family can help with my grandma who lived with me. The rep was nice and got why I had to leave, but they said they can't do anything cuz of their policy. I gave them almost $3000 and they only offered to give me half off a new sub. That's just bad service, especially cuz this was coz of medical stuff that I couldn't control.

I called them up on 7/16 about my worries but no one even knew what was happening and they didn't even know we got an email like the staff did. I sent a ton of emails and made a bunch of calls but got no feedback or nothing. It just made me more worried. Then I talked to some person at the school and they said if I bailed on the semester now, I could owe the school more cash but they didn't know how much. I gotta quit and see if Adtalem hits me up.
