We are trying to get a copy of our solar contract but all I have gotten is the run around. We called Enphase and they said they don't have the contract only monitoring the system. ADT installed the system about 4 years ago but can't find the contract by my phone number, email address or physical address. SunPro was the original company that we delt with and they are out of business. So how do we get what we need from a company that doesn't want to deal with their solar customers? If anyone knows how to get this information, please leave a comment here

This is a mess of corporate acquisitions, but you are not out of options. First, check all your old emails and paperwork from 4 years ago; you might have a digital copy you forgot about. Since SunPro was acquired and rebranded as ADT Solar in 2021, your contract legally transferred to them. File a formal complaint with your state's consumer protection office. Also, send a certified letter to ADT Solar's legal department demanding your contract under state law, and check if a third party like Spruce Power now services your account.
