ADT Solar review: two solar panels not working

Edwin Diaz site # 2490793. 2 out of 35 panels are not working. Contacted the AI service with enphase assists. 2 microinverters serial # 202136124565 and 202137055346 that haven't reported since mid July. I sent a email on 7/27/26 and I have not got a reply. Please respond or call ASAP. System is well within the 25 year warranty. installer: Marc Jones Constrruction LLC DBA Sunpro phone #985-882-7200
