I called on 6/14/19 and the first time I called I get told it wasnt adam and eve even though I knew it was so I called back and this time I get greeted by a very rude employee I asked about renting movies and get rude answers. Then my husband went to the store to buy a few movies and while there he asked the same lady from the phone about the USB movies and she tells him they dont tell customers how long the USB drives are so he buys a box set of movies when he gets home all of the movies work except one so I can back up there to find out if we can exchange it out and I get told well sorry about your luck I ask for a manager and she tells me she is a manager and then I ask for corporate number and get told this is a franchise and then she hangs up on by the same employee. I love adam and eve I get almost everything from there but the employee there needs to learn how to treat customers
