AD Solution review: Unsatisfactory service delivery

Hello Peter, September of 2022 I was informed that I had to pay a fee of nearly R10,000 for debt clearance. The amount was paid in full that month and I was informed that it was going to take 3 months but since then I hadn't received word until the 22nd of February. It has been nearly 6 months since then. I have now been informed that my file is with the NCR and I have an outstanding fee which was not disclosed in the beginning as I had been told that the R10,000 was the only amount I will pay for the whole process and I won't be required to pay an additional amount.

They are refusing to release my file without the full payment of the additional amount that I was informed of a few days ago. Please I require your intervention and your assistance in this matter, it will be greatly appreciated.
