I used to work this company called ACZ & Associates aka "New York RX" (https://aczandassociates.com/) as a contractor. During my 4 months with this company, I learned they were conducting some questionable business practices.

Basically, I was handing out pharmacy discount cards to pharmacies and building relationships with the pharmacy techs in NYC.

These pharmacy discount cards help people save money on prescriptions at big box drug stores like: Walgreens, Duane Reade, CVS, Rite Aid, and Stop n Shop.

I was instructed by Anthony Zufelt (the owner) to say that these discount cards were for an upcoming "charity campaign"...

And that the cards were good for things like Flu Shots, Vaccines and Pet Medications.

Also, every discounted prescription that was generated from my efforts, was supposed to send $0.25 to the Mount Sinai Children's Hospital.

I was also instructed to say that if the pharmacy generated 30+ discounted scripts... I would be able to buy everyone Doughnuts.

After 4 months of asking the owner repeatedly for my territory "script count", so I could see which pharmacy was getting close to getting doughnuts, I was terminated.

I believe ACZ and Associates, LLC is just cycling through nieve contractors, and terminating them when they start asking too many questions.

They also use trademarks of the various big box pharmacies on the discount cards without permission.

I've never seen any charity payments made to the Moint Siani Children's Hospital. Additionally, I have still yet to see a proper "script count"... because apparently we were supposed to get bonuses on thrse... which were never paid out.

It is also my understanding that ACZ is in a contract with SimpleRX to provide these services. At this time I do not know if SimpleRx is aware of the unethical practices of ACZ.

I'm writing this report so future contractors dont waste their time building out a route, just for it to be taken away... And to hopefully make them play by the rules like every other pharmacy discount program out there.

Desired outcome: An apology and restored route, removal of trademarked images on the pharmacy cards, and donations made to The Children's Hospital of Moint Sinai.
