I am very disapointed with your company we were bought 2 gift experience voucher from my daughter we booked afternoon tea & train ride we then recived a email saying the hotel we booked no longer deal with them we tryed to book a vineyard experience but told it is no longer available they reset our vouchers we tried to rebook but you kept saying we had aiready used the voucher so we emailed you again with no success now the time as run out i am not paying £40 to extend the vouchers there is a lot of people got the same problem i will advise my family & friends not to use this company
