I sent two messages to the service department through Acemagic's website. Got no response. I sent two emails to their service@acemagic address and got two automated responses telling me to contact them through service@acemagic.com to get my issue resolved. I called their 800 number and got an answering machine. I left a message. No one called me back. I sent a message through Amazon's listed contact for them. I got no response.
