A 2003 {2.4L Jeep Engine} which {Accurate Engines Co.} rebuilt and warranted in 2019 & returned "8months later in 2020" AFTER REBUILD! Which was "returned back" to Accurate Engines in 2022/ 27th of October under their warranty, of 3YEARS OR 100,000 MILES for {engine failure}.

During the time of returning the engine > for repair UNDER WARRANTY< Co. has NOT bothered to answer my email’s. Even though I may add one was off by a few weeks, to not correspond with one at all about the situation and prognosis leaves one to wonder what's going on with one's car's engine? /& what kind of Co. Did they leave it with?

They disregard State Gov’t Dept. the W. Michigan BBB, and left it wondering what's going on as well? Disregarding their requests, after I had to get their help to get ahold of the Co. to take back my Warranty engine for repairs to begin with in the beginning of 2nd repair, because office would not return any emails & or phone messages from me?

To then have a” returned receipt notarized letter of demand”, asking & yes demanding to know information to engines whereabouts and demanding return of stated engine fixed as promised per warranty. * I received no reply *

Then having Attorney General's Office of Dept.'s & to have 6 letters being sent & in between the 3 & 4th letter Co. sent a fraudulent letter dated April 4th, 2023/ stating they had my car pulled engine repaired informed me all done // No such actions ever took place / No such notifications ever took place.

I believe it is time for me to get my engine back! I informed Accurate Engines I would go to these Dept’s if needed & then sent 3 legal reg. notices informing the Co. of their actions & responses were in fact "untrue"! WHERE IN FACT THE FOLLOWING WAS SENT TO THE OWNER OF Co.

_ — >

1.) You Sir, Lied to the Attorney General's office, Dept. of Consumer Protection.

2.) I did not order any engine}> I asked for mine to be repaired under warranty/ which was shipped back to you on a skid strapped down just as your last ordered.

3). You did not pull out & or install any engine for me} My mechanic does my work> uninstall & install & uninstalled again as stated sent to you on a skid strapped down.

4.) There was no car} My Car is here in North Branch, NY/

I do not know what you were trying to do but lie? Seriously? To gain what an engine? or don’t want to honor warranty? I really don’t know what you were trying to pull?

My Jeep has been sitting same place for over 7 months, my mechanic put it outside at his shop after he took my engine out and the engine was picked up by R&L CARRIERS PRO# [protected]. OCTOBER 25TH & you accepted [protected]@1:28pm on October27th,2022 & you have had it since then!

Since you were in fact notified by the “Consumer Protection Dept” that the

{statements you made were in fact untrue}!

You Sir have refused to correspond now and have refuse to reply now not only with “Myself” during this whole process from pick up until now Over 7 months, the owner of the engine,/you have left in the dark about his own personal property he trusted you with. Yes I’ll admit I did not want to, but one would not blame for the way you treated me the first time!

But you have also taken it upon yourself to refused to correspond now and have refused to reply the

W. Michigan BBB & The Attorney Generals, Consumer Protection Division As well! So something is definitely not right!

Both of these State Dept’s have records pertaining to my statements & your statement & your actions!

Desired outcome: Return repaired 2.4L jeep engine. /Note: It is now over 10 months since the Co. received my engine & Still no correspondence
