It’s been seven weeks & still haven’t heard the outcome out my case, beginning too think these people are out of Russia, china or some other 3 world country I’ve been charged by king size & account assure in interest rate & an account assure fee or insurance when I only wanted an king size credit card. I would like 2 know why I am being charged for something that I never signed up for like I said in the above statement I’ve called 7 times still no answer the phone operators keep telling it will be a fast process it’s been 7 weeks going on 8 weeks now & still don’t have an answer simply unacceptable
Desired outcome: 2 Rufund the 716.00 back 2 my kind size account so I can cancel this horrible company
From July of 2017 till June of 2022 I was charged 2 different interest fees, when I only wanted a king size credit with there only 1 interest fee finally after digging deep I was being charge 2 interest fee.when I wanted a king size credit card I only wanted the credit card account assure was never in the picture for me getting an extra interest fee was never in the picture or did I ever wanted it all I thought I was getting was the credit card. In 5 years and 3 months I have accrued 705.00 in interest fee from account assure. Totally unacceptable I’m my opinion.
For 5 years & 3 month I was being charge for something I never signed up with king size credit card before I knew it I had 705.00 in interest that I was being charge. All I wanted was a king size credit card , it’s been 2 months now & still haven’t heard anything about this matter taken care off
