AccessOne MedCard – They took my payments but never creditted my account

They signed me up with 2 accounts instead of one. Took double payments per month.
When I called to tell them, the woman had a baby in the background and she was laughing.
Then they cancelled my account and sold the account back to tht5e original hospital ( loyola).
The amount i now owe is the same as before they took $500 in payments. There is NO customer service.
