Access One review: Taking interest payments out when they should not have and never sending out monthly statements

Access One: In October 2021 my wife contacted Access One to setup a monthly auto pay account to pay Anthem for a surgery she had early 2021. Access One was to also send out a monthly statement. After 2 months she noticed that no payments had come out and she had not received a statement. She contacted Access One and gave the info to Access One again. On August 22, 2022 she noticed that still no statement had been received she look up her account online. She immediately noticed that they are taking out interest on an interest free account. She has paid almost as much on interest as she has in principle. She contacted Access One who said her payment was setup after the due date. Nobody at Access One had told her that the payment date was after the due date. When she talked to a supervisor about the error she was told they don't refund interest payments. When she told them that they made the errors, they said they didnt have any records of the conversation in 2021. Plus they said they had sent out. They need to be accountable for their errors and refund those payments and statements to her email address and she still has never received them.

Desired outcome: Refunding the interest payments and sending out monthly statements
