ACA Cheap Trips review: Travel fraud

Helping my mom go through the travel documents. She said she and my dad have invested nearly $10,000 to this company and to Grand Getaways. My dad initially invested into both of these companies and subsequently started receiving numerous phone calls with the intent of them wanting my parents to increase their membership value.

After looking into this for her to possible redeem the membership and to plan a trip we are finding out that these companies do not have valid websites and all of the reviews that we are seeing online are showing that they are both fraudulent companies.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
