AC Berlieta Sarajevo Bosnia review: Parts for motorcycle

To whon it may concern
More than one and a half months ago I have my insurance company has requested from the local sales and service company AC Berlieta Sarajevo, Visoko Suzuki, Bosnia and Herzegovina to order motorcycle parts for my motorcycle type Suzuki V-Strong -650, production 2021.
Despite numerous inquiries on my part have they received parts I have not received the information when the parts will arrive. The representative of the company is claiming that parts have not been sent yet and they do not know when will the parts arrive.
I have checked with your local supplier in Croatia and have been told that ordered parts arrive within 1 to 10.
I would highly appreciate to receive information about my parts order and when the parts could come. Also, I would highly appreciate your assistance in this matter and receiving response to my inquiry.
