Make sure that no one else has accepted your parcel on your behalf. You can check with your guardhouse, colleagues, mailroom, nearest neighbors, family members, etc. If you still can’t find your parcel, you should contact ABX Express.

It means the driver will attempt to deliver your package that same day, however, this can be delayed, especially during peak season. Then, the delivery will move to the next business day. ABX cannot provide the estimated time of the delivery as they cannot contact their drivers on the road.

If you missed the delivery, you have an option to either collect your package by yourself or to rearrange delivery for another day (does not apply for all the shipments). You should contact ABX Express to request the option suitable for you.

Any issues with your shipment and delivery have to be reported within 14 days from the date of receipt or within 14 days of loss of shipment confirmation. Any late claim will not be addressed.

You can self-collect a package at any ABX Express outlet. To request self-collection, you should contact ABX Express at +60 380 843 111 or via social media channels.

Numerous customers complain about failed delivery, shipment loss, and misleading tracking information. Furthermore, ABX Express has not addressed any of the complaints, therefore, we suggest being extra cautious if you use their services. The chances they would assist you are rather low.
