I'd like to make an official complaint about ABX. I've purchased items from SHEIN and upon delivery, I was not happy with the items, so I have decided to return the parcel and chose the option of "pick up service" under ABX.
No one has responded to me, so I have called the company and spoke to a representative, Ms Shangkari. She told me that the person in charge will contact me but the person never did. I called again, and the same sentences were uttered. However, no one responded to me. In total, I have called this company 4 times since 4th of October 2021.
This is really important as I will not get a refund if this step is not processed. Most companies will only accept a refund within 30 days.
I hope that the customer service center will take this matter to their attention and will improve accordingly.
