I ordered two Xl pet beds, in early December 2022, after seeing their ad on Facebook. It is now February 5, 2023 and I have not received anything! They have no phone number for customer service; only an e-mail. I have e-mailed several times and keep getting “b.s.” responses for hold-up. I want my money back, but feel this company is a scam, let alone from out of the USA. Thoroughly disgusted!

Purchased a L bed for my dog and was charged $80.99. Poorly packaged dog bed and it was difficult to open without trying not damage to the bed, it was poor quality and obviously a scam. I contacted Absolute Pet by email to share my disappointment and request a return of my $80.99. I was told I would need to send a video and picture of shipping label. (which I cant see why I needed to take a video) This company is a SCAM and they should be shut down for false advertising and not mentioning on their website that returns only possible if you pay the postage to CHINA. Very disturbing that they are taking people's money for such a poor product and getting away with it. I plan to report them to everyone. I guess I will have to dispute this with my credit card company. What a disgrace they dont honor their products if not satisfied.

Not same bed on picture as I received for $90 told unable to refund

Placed an order at 11:15 PM. The following morning at 7:15 AM I sent an email because I realized that the color of the blanket that my husband ordered was incorrect. He did not realize it when he made the purchase. We are disappointed and frustrated that the company refused to change the order or provide a return shipping label to allow us to exchange the item. Additionally, there is no phone number to contact a live person and we requested on several occasions to have a supervisor call concerning the situation.

In August, 2019, I emailed several questions to the company's website and now i realize that all their answers were either evasive or downright lies.

The website states that the bed's cover can be washed and dried. Since it is made in China, of course you would want to wash it immediately since Chinese fabrics are notoriously toxic. After a 26-minute wash, the cover tore apart and stuffing inside was not cotton (as told), but a dreadful synthetic. The fabric was so thin and cheap that i could not restitch it.

Interestingly, i left the torn bed on the floor overnight and none of my 3 cats or 3 dogs would go near it, and you know that cats always have to sit on something new. This is a toxic mess.

I emailed asking for a refund. They have refused, saying that "thousands of happy customers" have never had this problem. This company is not legit.
