ABSA Will review: Will

It's been 9 months since we have been waiting for a will. There are so many things that we need to change but we can't because we are waiting for a letter of Authority and we can't get it until we get that will. Car licence has expired and we need to renew it but we are waiting for Absa to give us a will.

Please ask them, what is the way forward? The Car License Has expired, who is going to pay for extra costs that have been caused by them. Pensioners receive rebates from the Municipality for rates and taxes and it has to be renewed every year, My mom can't renew because she doesn't have a letter of authority and she is a pensioner. She can't afford the bill and who is going to pay for those bills?

My father trusted Absa with his Will, hoping they are going to do the right thing because it is a big company but unfortunately they failed him and us
