ABS-Tool review: Product not received. ABS never answered my numerous phone calls.

I ordered a product from ABS back in May. ABS immediately charged my credit card within two minutes. After waiting over 2 months I never received the merchandise. Tried calling ABS numerous times but no answer. ABS has no email address. I reported this to my credit card provider (Capital One) who attempted to contact ABS but was also unable to make contact. Since I have been a longtime customer of Capital One they refunded my order as a courtesy. Thank you Capital One
