went to abc in ormond beach and it was not a good experience. the person working there was not nice and made me feel unwelcome. they have a lot of stuff to buy but it's not worth it if you have to deal with bad service. i won't go back there again.

This review is about ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, not the TV network. I used to love shopping at ABC because they offered a 10% discount when you bought 6 or more items. Sadly, they don't offer this perk anymore, which is a shame because it really set them apart from their competition. When I asked customer service about it, they were pretty dismissive and told me that management makes the decisions. They even criticized me for questioning their decision, which I thought was pretty rude.

One thing that really bothers me about ABC is their website. I don't understand why they even bother having one because it doesn't offer any advantages over shopping in-store. It's not like you can order online and have your items delivered to your home. You still have to go to the store to pick up your purchases. It's just a waste of time, in my opinion.

Despite these issues, I still shop at ABC because they have a great selection of wine and spirits. I just wish they would bring back the 10% discount for buying 6 or more items. It really made a difference in my shopping experience.

I recently visited the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store located on Thomasville Rd in Tallahassee and I must say, it was a terrible experience. The customer service was extremely poor and the employees were downright rude! I don't think I'll ever step foot in that store again.

To give you a little background, I went into the store with my 19-year-old grandson. I picked out four bottles of wine that totaled about $90 and went up to the checkout counter to pay. That's when the employee told me that they couldn't sell me the wine because my grandson was with me. I was shocked and confused. My grandson went back out to the car to wait and I tried to pay again, but was told the same thing. Apparently, since they knew he was with me, they wouldn't sell me the wine.

I called and spoke to the manager, hoping to get some clarity on the situation. But unfortunately, I got the same treatment from him. He told me that I broke the rules by bringing my grandson in with me. I tried to explain that it was 102 degrees outside and I didn't want to leave him in the car, but the manager didn't want to hear it. He told me that they had seen my grandson and that was that.

As I shopped around the store, several other employees came up to me and tried to help me find what I was looking for. But at that point, it was too little too late. I was already fed up with the terrible customer service and the way I was treated.

I will never shop at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits again. There are plenty of other stores in Tallahassee that offer better customer service and respect their customers. Market Square Liquors is a great alternative and I highly recommend it. Spread the word to your friends and family!

I recently visited the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store located on Boynton Beach Blvd in Boynton Beach, FL. Upon entering the store, I noticed that the manager, Norman, and his helper, Luke, were busy unpacking boxes. I asked if I could have a few boxes, as I needed them for packing. However, the manager refused my request, stating that they do not give boxes away. I was surprised by this response, as a friend of mine had been given boxes from the same store in the past.

I mentioned this to the manager, but he insisted that they did not give boxes away. However, Luke intervened and offered to give me a few boxes. As he was handing them to me, he made a sarcastic comment, saying "now you can't have the boxes" with a smirk on his face. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unnecessary.

As a 79-year-old woman with a disabled Vietnam veteran husband, I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I was not being offensive in any way, yet they were giving me a hard time and acting like children. I asked for their names, and Luke pointed to his badge, while Norman gave me his name and asked if he needed to write it down. This added sarcasm to the already unpleasant situation.

In the end, I left the store without the boxes and without making a purchase. I felt that the way I was treated was abusive and disrespectful to the elderly. I informed them that I would never shop at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits again and that I would pass on my experience to my friends. However, they did not seem to care.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. The behavior of the manager and his helper was unprofessional and ill-advised. I hope that they will treat their customers with more respect and kindness in the future.

I recently visited ABC Fine Wine & Spirits (abcfws.com) to shop for some wine and chocolate-flavored alcohol. However, my experience was not pleasant due to an employee named Takia, or at least that's how I think her name is pronounced. She followed me around the store and harassed me while I was shopping. This was not the first time I had an issue with her, as she was also unprofessional during a previous purchase inquiry at the register.

During my recent visit, Takia even took my shopping cart away from me, which was helping me balance since I am semi-paralyzed on my right side. She then proceeded to make fun of how I walk and asked if I needed help walking out of the store. Her tone was condescending and rude, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

To make matters worse, Takia called the police on me while I was shopping. I waited patiently for them to arrive and spoke to them politely, giving them my name and partial birthday. I explained that I had done nothing wrong and questioned why I would wait for them if I was doing something illegal. The police were polite to me, and I left the store without any further issues.

I have been a customer at this store for over six years, and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from an employee. The previous staff from five or six years ago was friendly and welcoming, unlike the current staff and employee. I hope that ABC Fine Wine & Spirits takes action to address this issue and ensure that their customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
