Pat was prompt, professional and thorough. He did my semi-annual maintenance check for air conditioning. Will see him again before winter for the furnace check up. So far, I have been very pleased with the service provided for the last 5 years.

Pat is like a trusted friend. He was involved in the installation of the new furnace years ago and we feel he is knowledgeable about every aspect of our heating and air conditioning. I would recommend this company especially for their service techs.

Great service. Had back to back appointments at 2 different properties. Bryan was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Serviced both ac units without issues. Although service great, hope not to have to see Bryan again until furnace check up in the fall! I would definitely recommend this company.

AAA Northgate, Inc is the best. I have them come twice a year to check my heating and air condition and they do an outstanding job. They do not try to sell you something you do not need just to make money off you. Kevin is the service person I always have come as he is the best and very knowledgeable.

The service tech was prompt and courteous. He replaced the needed parts to keep my furnace running as well as checked it over to make sure it was still working a peak performance and there were no other safety issues. I plan on using this company again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for furnace services.

My technician was very thorough with his expertise and answered my questions and concerns. He was very professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this company and will use them again and recommend their services to those in need. Also it is my wish that the company pass this acknowledgement on to Tim for his great work

John just left and I can't say enough nice things about him. He was very kind and though. I felt he went over and above on the service he provided. I am a resent widow explained the maintenance I needed to do. Office is so nice when you call to talk to them. This company always comes when you have a problem. Great company call them you won't be sorry.

Professional service. Came at time scheduled and called before arriving. Dressed professionally and wore Covid-19 protection. After performing standard maintenance explained an issue that could cause A/C malfunction due to deteriorating capacitor, and said I could wait or replace now, which I had him do. Thank you for your quick and courteous service Tim.

AAA Northgate removed a heat exchanger on my Carrier furnace and installed a new one that was covered by warranty. The work was performed by (2) men in a total of (2) hrs each. Total of (4) hours of labor. Invoice was for $850.00. That's $212.50 / hr. Ridiculous charges. Called them to question and complain of charges and was told that this was the flat fee they charge regardless of time to complete. I will never call or use them again.

AAA Northgate did a great job getting my air conditioner running again! Very professional from the initial phone call to the time they left. I was texted when they left and a picture of the technician. Upon arriving he introduced himself and even out on booties without hesitation. He got right to work and within a matter of a half hour I had air again! Couldn't have been a more professional gentleman. Hats off to AAA, they are well trained!

This is the best Heating and Air Conditioning company! I use them twice a year to check my system and whenever I have a problem, which usually never happens, due to having it checked twice a year. They are Johnny on the spot to fix the problem. All of the employees from the office to the service technicians are very professional and friendly. You can tell they really care about you and making sure you are happy with their work. The best thing is the cost of their service.

AAA Northgate is wonderful. Office staff are courteous and friendly. The techs are first rate. I have 6 HVAC systems and have come to trust AAA for all my needs. Have had Pat M. several times, he is very efficient and always solves any problem. I respect his and the other techs opinion because they have never steered me wrong. Rates are reasonable. They are also very reliable and show up every time when they say they will. You can't go wrong if you have an HVAC problem, they will solve it. This is a top run business who hires qualified techs.

I have been doing business with AAA Northgate for 19 years and I have no reason to change HVAC servicing from another company. In fact, with their no processes, I'd have to say they are even better now. The office personnel are courteous and do everything within their ability to satisfy their customers. The field technicians are always on time, polite, and good listeners to what the customer has to report. The field team is always very knowledgable about the requirements of heating and air conditioning and how the machinery is supposed to perform acceptably. The technicians are always aware of entering a home with shoe covers to protect carpeting and are always in clean uniforms. AAA Northgate will continue to get my business.

Great support! Had our A/C go out and even with shortage of AC units due to Covid 19. The owner contacted his rep and was able to get a commitment to get one in two weeks then contacted a client who had a planned replacement that coming week and they agreed they could wait another week, so we got gave the one from a his inventory ordered for them since our system was down and it was 90 degrees. Gave them a five star for going above and beyond the cause along with being very professional and on time for both visits (inspection/quote) and replacement which they did on Saturday morning and were done in 3 hours. long with their quote being equal low like one other who couldnt get a unit for over a week... Great job to Chris, Nick and Ryan!
