A O Smith/Envirotemp review: The customer service/refund and process.

The customer service of the company is unprofessional and unethical in its practices. Technicians display rudeness toward customers. The company policies on returns and refunds are not explained at the time of purchase. Supervisors are not trustworthy and cannot be spoken with during an initial phone call. A restocking fee was waived and later recanted. No logical explanation was offered. I will never consider Envirotemp/A O Smith nor buy their products, again. And, I will certainly spread my experience to as many people as possible!
