I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher August 2018. After using it twice, I went to the appliance store to speak with the salesman. I told him that I did not want the dishwasher as the dishes and the dishwasher itself, stayed soaked. He told me he would have to send a repairman out. I explained that I was not speaking to him about the dishwasher needing a repair, but the dishes were soaked. I also explained that I thought it surely had to be a health hazard that the entire inside of the dishwasher stayed soaked. He was not interested. Upon examination by A-1's service technician, the dishwasher was installed correctly, and he did not find any problems with the appliance. He did explain to me that the dishwasher did not have any drying options except air dry. I was not informed of this when I purchased it. I once again went back to A-1 to explain that I did not want the dishwasher. I paid a total of $983.12 with a 5-year warranty. A-1 did nothing to help me with this issue. I have complained several times after to the Frigidaire Company to no avail. It is currently July 2022; I still have the same problems with the dishwasher, and yes, I still extremely dislike the appliance and the position I have been forced to deal with.
