99 Cent Only Store review: A manager

I went there to shop on 1/8/23.. Outside I saw the carts had appeared to be locked up. I asked a worker that was already out of her uniform who was outside by the locked up carts, how do I get a cart? these are locked up, she said turn around, there were no carts in that pen, I asked her "why are these carts locked up? she said,"a manager took the key home and they didn't have one"I noticed that the lock was unlocked so I took a cart to shop. I went shopping, I noticed that some of the products I put in my cart had no prices on them. I asked a young black gentleman pushing a dolly full of stuff from the back if he could do a price check with his price check scanner. He said"I don't do that"you gotta go up front. I told him you have a scanner gun to do that, He refused. I continued to shop

I went up front to pay for my stuff, 2 older women came in as I was ringing out

They were looking for a cart. I said they are rite outside the door. Then the lady that lied to me, lied to them and called the Manager, Jamir. Hes the guy that lied to me in the store. about the price check scanner. He looked at after I told the women they could have my cart, and said"OH that guy again, I got nothin for him. This kid is a real disrespectful person to have a manager, and looked very disoriented. Is he on meds? Weed? If you don't fix this problem I will go over your head to Corperate bosses. I am a business owner in Henderson NV. You don't treat people like that. I have been in business longer than Jamir has been alive, I tried to up load my receipt but it won't let me, Its says error when aI try to upload it.
