91Express Lanes review: Notice of delinquent toll evasion violation

We received a “Toll Evasion Violation”notification today that identified our car in Orange County on a freeway we have never driven. On the day and time of the violation we were not only not in Southern California, we were out of the country! Furthermore our car was locked in a garage far away from Los Angeles at the time of this supposed violation. I have evidence of the LAX aircraft bus and the aircraft flight to Vancouver and documentation of the time out of the country. They are trying to charge us $29.45 for a toll that was specified to be $4.45, increased because of the delay from the date of the claim which was July 13, 2022. And considering the number of complaints about this system, and considering that our car was locked in the garage far north of Los Angeles, there needs to be a class action taken against this company with state representatives levying fines for future violations.
