8801 La Cienega Store review: Customer service

La Cienega store has horrible customer service. The returns desk is very rude and defiant to the customers needs. Anthony is unable to handle a proper transaction and does not for the slightest act professional! Actions need to be taken as far teaching the boy some manners. It seems like little girls be working at the store. I came in round January 17 to return a hammer; a hammer for gods sake. He was unwilling to follow the standards of a supervisor when asked to speak to another person. Very defiant, This order of conduct should not be allowed in such high establishment.
