4 to 1 program is a Scam Business using Craigslist to Scam money from potential partners in a purchase of beef stick territory. Uses a for profit charity to entice people to invest. Google 4to1 program and you will see lots of complaints regarding this business. Web site states that Dalton Tayor is the contact person. Ha but in fact Dalton Taylor is actually James Adam Jenkin a convicted felon from Tulsa Oklahoma. He currently is serving 5 years probation in Oklahoma charges and convicted by Scott Pruitt Attorney General. If you have been scammed by James Adam Jenkins give him a call at [protected]. Bet he dosent answer, but hey it would be fun to listen to his line of BS. He a TV star as well check out KMOV TV Chris Nagus Reports. Wow 3 different episodes about his scamming routine. Very soon he will be behind bars. If you have been scammed by this jerk call the AG of Oklahoma and the AG of your State. Oh and one more thing. It not a real business registered in Texas and or Oklahoma. Help put this Piece of ### in Jail.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Nearly two years ago, Chris Nagus confronted James Adam Jenkins on his way into an Oklahoma courtroom.
Back then, the Oklahoma Attorney General accused him of running a hunting scam, to which he later pled guilty.
Firefighters around St. Louis also accused him of running a beef jerky scam, where he would sell territories to firefighters to distribute these beef stick canisters.
The firefighters paid in, but the product wasn’t delivered.
Richard Cranford invested heavily in Jenkins’ business. The successful Tulsa businessman recently met News 4’s Chris Nagus at Spirit airport in Chesterfield.
He said he invested more than $800, 000 with Jenkins.
If you have been scammed or your law enforcement Give Jenkins a call at [protected]
