I purchased a $100 Google play gift card on this site. The card that was sold to me was flagged as fraudulent by Google. They are requiring me to submit further proof to redeem it. The proof they want is the original proof of purchase. I notified the seller of this and the seller refuses to or is unable or provide this information. I requested a refund the seller just closes my request. I try to escalate the issue but an error occurs when you try to do that and the escalation button disappears. I have tried on multiple occasions to speak outside this channel to customer support but all they do is close my ticket as resolved and tell me to escalate the issue which I obviously cannot do. This has been going on for over a week now with zero resolution. The agents assigned to my complaint tickets are not even reading them they're just sending cookie cutter responses with directions that I have already tried to do multiple times but is not working obviously.
