Came across this wholesaler on Alibaba.com contacted the wholesaler everything was great convinced me of a legitimate business address said based out of Colorado. I’m new to e-commerce decided to place an order money was accept buy seller via Apple Pay. I got an email saying my items were shipped and everything was great and shortly there after a WhatsApp message came through saying that my order got cancelled due to policy restrictions. I must now pay 680 plus 800 customs fee for the same
Product from the UK so I’m now in the whole my original 1000 dollars plus 1480 needed to get my goods to my house. I requested a refund and the attitude with the person on the other line switched from nice and helpful to not caring about me as a customer and having received my
Money. Reached out filling out a form and now my application that takes 90 days is at the billing department, almost comical these people are scammers this isn’t right that they get to get away with this.
Desired outcome: Expedited return of 1000USD
Do what I'm doing, I created a complaint on Alibaba and they already removed it from the page, I also had dengue in the federal trade commission and I'm reporting it to the police and to the attorney general of my state, Alibaba is going to tell me return my money because they would become necessary accomplices and jointly responsible if they do not do so, go to Alibaba and report an offline scam by a supplier that attracts a client on that page, everyone must report so that these criminals end up behind bars
I lost over $10,000 to these guys, but I got my money returned thanks to Paigecubbin.

This company is a complete scam, they made sure to have the conversations outside of Alibaba and sent me a fake AliBaba invoice through email and made me pay by Zelle. After a few days they told me that they shipped by mistake 1500 units more than I was supposed to get and they asked me to pay for that. When I said no they offered me to pay "their cost". Then after a few days they told me I need to pay duties and sent me a fake Bill Of Lading. Beware of this company I wish I would see this page before I paid them.

I'm sure this comment is being made by the same scammer, I just got scammed by this criminal and I managed to get him off of Alibaba, now I'm going to report him to the attorney general of Texas and Colorado
I almost got scammed as well. This guy wanted me to send him the money through untraceable ways where i’d loose it if he goes Awol. I told him only credit card payment or through Ali Baba.
I contacted Alibaba ...and filed a complaint this is what you need to do ..I also added this website so they can see you were scammed too

Things that you need to provide as your evidence
1. conversation between your supplier via alibaba.com message center
2. Conversation with your seller that your seller ask your email information
3. screenshot of the conversation that your seller provides you there Zelle bank account information for you to make a payments to them.
4. A copy of bank statement/payment slip as a proof that you make a payments to your seller.

Did you do all of the business transactions and correspondence via Alibaba.com using product assurance shield? And did you file a complaint via Alibaba?
