I sent away for free sample but only had to pay shipping of $8 but they charged twice another $9 the same day first (cheat) then along the line they deducted the full purchase price of the bottle that I received for FREE $142 ! From my bank account without my authority as they won’t own up to it I contacted my Bank & they are trying to retrieve my $142 back into my account, it’s under investigation as I right this , I blocked my Visa Card & was inconvenienced waiting to open my account again, I would not recommend this company to anyone, do be very careful who you buy from & I will never make a purchase on the net again if this is what happens 🤬very angry customer

I ordered a free trial which cost me heaps in the end and a week later they took $196 out of my bank with out asking me.I can't afford to spend money like that.So I would like them to refund me please. There was no receipt nothing it was just sent in a box I orded this on the 24.10.2022 the big amount was taken out on the 3.12.2022.
I paid $10AUD postage for a free trial (small bottle of skin cream). They charged $163AUD the next week without my knowledge. Be very wary of these free trials.
