1Day review: Eames replica designer chairs

Hi,

On Friday 14th Jan I purchased 2 Eames Replica Designer chairs from 1day for $649.99 each. I received order confirmation #220114839212351DY and the money was taken from my account.
Yesterday, Thursday 20th Jan 1 day emailed me (almost a week later) saying they don't have stock and will refund my money. I have purchased quite a few bits from 1 day in the past and they always show stock availability and low stock in red when they are low but not in this case?
I went back onto the website and they have the exact same chairs in stock but they have increased the price to $1149 each.
I have emailed back and forth with their sales team requesting that they fulfil my order as they clearly have stock and to honor the price that I have paid. They are refusing to as they say they are out of stock and the chairs they are sold through a 3rd party but they are currently advertised on their website for sale? I could buy them directly off them now but they are twice the price?
I was advised in the e-mail that the supplier 1 day were using no longer had stock. If I was purchasing directly from the supplier I could accept this however I am not. I purchased from 1 day therefore they are the supplier and therefore need to supply from one of the other two sources currently showing the exact same product. I will note also that the Heading titles & stock number have been altered from what I purchased, The product itself however, is the exact same.
I have spoken with consumer protection and they have said I have case but need to follow the correct process.
