A1 Auto does not get the right part that you need, and they have a strict 60 day return policy even if they send the wrong part.
Granted that I purchased the part more than 2 months ago, I purchased the part at the height of the Pandemic. I lost family members.
I tried to explain to a women in customer service what has happened and that I was just able to get a mechanic to do the repair. It was for a front driver side window Regulator, when I took the part to the mechanic the electrical terminal didn’t match. I informed the woman that I also was in the hospital for a heart condition. I usually did repairs on my own but being old and handicapped didn’t matter to the women. I guess so people are just cold hearted. I had to go to auto zone because the mechanic had it all disassembled and it was going to rain and I don’t have a garage the rain is one problem but leaving a car on the street with no window isn’t a good idea. Was cheaper for the part then A1. I was even going to take a store credit for the part and she kept on saying “it’s our policy to only take or replace parts
Within the 60 days” even if they sent a part that didn’t match your vehicle. I advise people to go to brick and mortar stores such as Auto Zone and you will get the right part cheaper then what A1 advertised. Please tell all your friends and family not to purchase parts from A1. They apparently don’t give a damn about their customers
Desired outcome: At least store credit if they won’t give a refund.
