ZZYYMHM review: Incorrect order

On October 9 2022 I ordered some plastic boxes from Phatir-UK on Facebook, which were said to be dispatched from Lyon. Now, more than 2 months later, I received a packet of toothbrushes from ZYYMHM.

I have messaged Phatir asking for a refund but do not hold out a lot of hope.

I have attached a screenshot of part of the conversation I had with them on Messenger.
