Zynga review: Zynga customer support will not talk to humans - "go to website" which is useless

All I need to know is how to restore and play my 2nd farmville 2 game on the same device. There are no, I MEAN no, instructions anywhere for this. What little I've found assumes I am a computer genius. That I know what all the words and definitionz mean, that I understand as much as they do, but I do not. They do not start at STEP 1, they start in the middle and assume I understand the rest of what they are telling me. But I do not. I called the Customer Service # but they do not want calls. They tell everyone to go to the website for the answers. A customer service # that WILL NOT talk to people. Really? Now I know why I left Zynga years ago. I still want to play my 2nd FV2 game a it was great and I enjoyed it.
