I had over $7.6 million chips in my account gave $100.000 to a friend of mine. He got the $100gs it was taken out of my account no problem.Logged in the next day now I only have $1.00! where is my over $7.4mil I had when I logged off!

i would like to complain about Zynga poker game on Facebook.
3 weeks ago, i had 1.3 billion counts of fake poker chips, 1 day that i didnt get to play, they have reset my account to 1m. and when i complained, they said they could not track where all my chips had gone. they even stop replying to all my emails that i sent them because they said the cased was closed and the decision is final that they wont replaced any of it back. it makes me mad that i dint have any warnings that my account had been tampered with anywhere else and that somebody tried to logged on with my account. the thought of it was really suspicious because a friend who had the same amount had been reset to 1m too, but he got his replaced and dismissed all my complains and that they would not go any further investigating it.
but anyway, so i started playing again and managed to buy 400 mil from the site. pay real money for fake chips for entertainment. so 3 weeks playing, i managed to get to 1 billion again...yesterday, i played for a bit and won little by little and managed to get to 1.12 billion, i went out for couple of hours, and when i came back online, i saw messages from friends that i only have 100 thousand left out of 1.12 billion. its shocking really because when i complained again, this is the email they replied me with:

the same day as a friend of mine had 900 million, down to 63 million, while playing on a table. i am really sick and tired of getting to this point where we play non stop and as soon as we reach decent amount, it disappears for no reason. and the fact that zynga cannot do anything about it makes me more angry. please if anyone out there who is able to help...i am begging for this matter to be sorted out. there are a lot of people who are taken for granted by Zynga by taking chips away for no reason and no hard explanations to back the results that they are giving us.

A complaint regards to how Zynga Poker on handling cases on banning individual accounts. I have multiple valid records of purchases on Zynga Poker chips and valid records of winnings but still received messages on 'Your Account Has Been Suspended'. And when i logged a complaint, the feed back that was given to me was not a valid explanation. Zynga did not point out exactly what rule that i had violated & could not reactivate my account. Is this how Zynga works? Or is this what Zynga can offer to all? This is a CHEAT to our rights!

My Zynga poker account has been hacked four times in less then a month now. I have called Zynga support numerous times and had my chips returned twice, but now they have suspended my account and I cant get a straight answer from them. I am ready to file a lawsuit against Zynga for theft. I have already spoken to my lawyer about this, and it is considered theft. There is no reason why they cannot return stolen chips. I have sent them emails asking why my account has been suspended and I get no response back from them. If you havent called Zynga about your missing chips, the number is [protected]. You must select 2 at both options to speak to a live person. Keep harassing them and maybe something will be done about this problem.

I have been playing Zynga poker on facebook for the past 3 years and enjoy it very much. Unfortunately, my account has been compromised 5 times in the past 4 weeks and 9.5 billion chips have been stolen. I have contacted Zynga support on each occasion that this has happened and i have followed all of their advice as well as changed my e-mail address and my password in order for my account to become more secure but within days and even hours my account gets compromised and all of my chips are taken. I have reason to believe that it is in fact Zynga who are illegally hacking into my account and taking my chips.

Zynga restored 2.3 billion chips into my account on the first occasion although i had in fact 5 billion chips taken. Since then Zynga have been most unhelpful and even delete my e-mails to them unread.

i was hoping that you would be able to advice me on the best way forward for me to persuade Zynga to restore all of my chips and stop illegally hacking into my account.

Zynga seems to be employing completely incompetent people. They seem to be unable or unwill ing to fix known issues with their games. As an example, a known issue since at least July 2012 : when sharing a reward for a level 3 animal or tree, the game greys out after sending said reward. This has been a known issue for at least a month, yet nothing has been done about it. This is exactly why people should NOT spend money on Zynga games...they do not deserve your financial support!

Zynga hurt me too much and I mentally upset causing of suspended my zynga account with collected chips.,

If you think of buying poker chips from zynga, think again and read this... It only takes less than 2 minutes and you may decide yourself what the best for you...

I had previous bad experiences with zynga poker: missing or lost chips, I made complaints, lots of them, but you know... They never return the chips back, not too mention paying attention seriuosly to investigate those incidents... But recent incident took my attention beyond other bad experiences due to the fact that I have upgraded my fb security account and the incident happened right in front of my nose.

This is the chronology of the recent weird incident:

I was playing at higher table 1m/2m. Table was full, crowded and after a while, I had little win on that table and my last chip bank was $1.1 billion. I thought that I had to make some coffee. So, I stand up (But still in the table area). Not long later, around 10 minutes (Yes, folks you are not reading it wrong, ten minutes), I came back and wanted to resume my play, I realized that my laptop was in its 'sleep' mode. So, I awoke my laptop, reconnect the game and whoallaa! My 1.1 billion chip banks was turned into $1! Sounds weird? Yes, especially that I have added fb new security module that adds my mobile number. So there is no way someone could hack into my account without i'm getting noticed in my mobile phone. Another weird fact is that I got a friend (Poker buddy) who played in that table too and was there before I took a break and was still there when I resumed playing. And he said that I was still there at the table but not responding to chat (Offcourse, because I was taking a break off the game)...

So, if you out there, so much love this game like I do and was thinking to buy chips from zynga. Think again! You might feel sorry about that later. This had happened to me few times and it could happen to you without you aware of what had happened and without having a chance of defending your case (Read: chips returned by zynga, as they promised in their q&a issues)

I was enjoying playing Zynga poker so I spent a few bucks on chips to play at the higher tables I was winning at the table but I noticed my chip balance wasn't showing the chips I had won when I left the table I was playing at my winnings disappeared and my chip balance never did reflect what I won I complained to zynga they sent me an email saying they investigated my account and chips were lost in normal game play but if something does happen to take a snap shot of the glitch. So I did, sent it to zynga explained once again what was happening and they blamed the hand strength meter in the game, I should disable that. well the hand strenght meter does take a small percentage but not that much. I am sharing a picture here for all. I am John at the table my chip balance is $2, 155, 000.00 at the table but that amount does not reflect on my chip balance at the top $1, 491, 918.00. I don't recommend spending any money on zynga games to anyone.

Please I need help I cant log in my game yoville zynga disabled my account from 7 may for no reason I send mant ticket and I call zynga to reply me to know whats happen in my account in yoville she didn't reply me now zynga reply me aftar 8 days to say to me we cannot reinstate your account. You have been in violation of zynga's terms of service. 1- i have 3 costume 08 and i have retro and bow and few items Expensive and in this days in events in yoville have many hacker and they hacker did freez and kick people from events and all my friends told me send your Expensive items to another account safe like your friends work account or your family but must you trust to those accounts
2- i was send me Expensive item to my friends in my work as gift and i wear poor and change my name in game to be more safe from eyes hacker .
3- and On May 6 in morning all friends in yoville told me teams zynga its patched they hacker and no more hacker in game i was be to much happy and friends told to me have you back your name and your items yoville now its safe so i told my friends in my work back to me my item as gift and they did that and sent to my my item .
4- On May 6 i back all my item and i back my name and arround in yoville and i didn't had any problem in this day and i played all day game until at night without any problem
5- On May 7 in morning i open yoville from my work then i went to my factory and i take my coin and back to my home without any problem so i close the game to do my work but when i open i got my account banned and also accounts my friends of work

All this has done to my property out of fear of hackers in the game my friends and you did it but did not get on the ban
This was not my property Asergha of one I just sent by the to be in safety because it accounts for my friends at work did not play as well as many poor people are not seen as hackers
I did not steal and I was not ever forced between my friends in the game

Zynga Poker Suspended my account last Friday without any knowledge on my part for knowing why. In this suspension I was given the option of paying a fine of 1 million chips so that I could regain playing Zynga Poker.I refused saying that I did not violate
any rules and that they should investigate and allow me to keep my 52 million chips and continue playing.I received no info on why I was suspended and after a week I still have not heard back from Zynga Poker. In the mean time my account has been hacked and all I get is a suspended notice and I can't get hold of Zynga to complain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zynga Poker site scamming chips and real money from poker players. Zynga Poker software system get red flag, assuming someone is hacking my account and lucked my FB account preventing me to access to my wall account, mean time ZyngaPoker system automatically send me email advised me that, a perpetrator from Rome may hacking my account, and asked me to change my password, which I did, after 5 steps re installed my new password, then I accessed to my FB wall and from there to ZyngaPoker game, I found out there is only 1 million chips in my account instead of 73 mill my original amount of chips which I both some of them with my CC.

When I email the issue to ZyngaPoker customer support, they respond is….

Thanks for getting back to us! This is Jesus with Zynga Customer Support and I’ll be more than happy to assist you with this issue, Michael. As previously stated, more than once, we are unable to verify your loss in our logs. Since we can not verify what you claim we can not grant you Chips. This decision is final and will not be reversed. All further e-mails to Zynga regarding this issue will not be answered and will be set to solved.

I have been raging for days at the most unbelievably horrible business ethics I have been so unfortunate to witness. Not only am I stunned to find out that this apparently happens far to often, but there seems to be no one to hold accountable for this sheer thievery! Was playing, Go to bed at some point next day I try to log on and i have what everyone else does some suspension screen! I myself and I am sure many others on here have spent way to much money on buying chips from u when there is no actual payout….

For our entertainment an as soon as we stArt doing well I guess u think u need to steal our chips so we would be stupid enough to buy more from u! Yeah right! U guys are nothing bit glorified crooks, someone need to figure this out and reimburse my damn chips back!

I call the customer service but nothing they are did for me, I had up to 5 refrence number without answer, and still my chips stolen, how can any one hack the customer easily like this way, no praivacy no storng system to save the chips or keeping your customer with you, Now i can't play or purchase chips from zynga poker

I had won around 30M and I was playing with my poker buddies “just having a good nice with them” I was so careless and loss a few millions (around 5M) to different friends”". (Note: I didn’t had any intention of giving away my chips) I was just trying my blind luck. But, Zynga banned me just b’coz I had bad cards and now I have $5600 chips. Please, please kindly look into my problems.. I am feeling very sad and depressed for losing all my chips after having such a hard time earning them. I really am a fan of poker and plays it daily but now, due to this cruel actions of banning my account and taking all my chips is hurting me a lot…

I didn’t know zynga would do such a cruel thing to me… please give me my chips back… I’ll be more cautious next time…

I don’t know who I am more angry at the ### that sent me a scam gift on zynga poker and then hacked 120 million chips when I was at work or the good old folks at zynga for banning my account because of this. I am a nurse who has played poker for over 4 years and am in the %5 of players who actually buys chips occasionally. As soon as I clicked on a gift (that was in my gift box on the poker game), I knew I had made my poker account open for someone to steal my chips and they did the next day while I was pulling a tiresome 12 hour shift at the hospital taking care of dying cancer patients. How low can you get.

I hope the ### that stole my chips comes down with gram positive cocci all over their body. To make a long story short, hears how it went. Friday, clicked on scam gift, Sunday, chips hacked (they left me 1 million, obvious a caring scammer), Tuesday, chips restored by customer service, Wednesday, account banned, Thursday, chips restored and account unbanned after second investigation by zynga support, Friday, account banned again. WTF.

I have waisted many hours of my time, playing this game called poker on zynga facebook just to have all my chips hacked even with all the facebook security measures in place. But who, I am more angry at is zynga who accuses the victim (ME), of use of bots, third party softwear, cheating, etc. I am not sure I would know what a bot was if it sat down beside me and as far as download software, this girl can hardly sign onto my 401 k account without calling customer support. After numerous emails (30) and phone calls to the tech department (might as well been talking to a pinecone), I have decided that all this time was waisted in my life. Playing a silly game to amount a pile of chips (that you can’t spend) only to have them stolen and then you are accused of all kinds of things.

One thing I have learned playing poker is you got to know when to fold em and walk away. For all of you who have your chips stolen, this is my advice. Change your passwords on both email for facebook and your mail account. Run a virus scan on your computer. Contact customer service, I must say the first week, they rocked with a five star rating. If you can’t get your account fixed by email contact the 1 800 number for tech support at zynga. Again, I am not bashing everyone at zynga customer support because the first week when I got my chips back twice, they were on the ball. But now after sending email after email and thinking maybe it is time for me to give up the fight for the game I did love.

If I had known you were gonna ban my account, I would have liked to at least play at the big tables, not a the 10 chip tables. Glad I protected my chips all these years, just for a ### ball to steal them. Guess I will not be buying anymore game cards from cvs and walmart anymore cause I have no poker table to play on. I will miss my poker friends. Good luck at the tables, don’t except any mystery gift from someone unknown (non facebook, non poker friend), it’s a hack. Once they get your name, they got your chips.

I was playing Cityville when i notice buildings, shamrocks, energy and notes disappear .What cause that and will it be rectified?

I have being playing zynga poker for a long time I had over 34 million in chips and now I see that I was down to 100, 000 in chips I get an email to say if I am not playing in Indonesia (Jakarta) to stop playing here never played there I was blocked out from playing the game I love until to day the 21st of November 2011 I know you are not going to do anything about it I won a lot playing this game and I have spent a lot of my own money to build up what I once had, I deleted the game from my face book as i felt that it was not longer safe…

Hello poker fellows, I have been using Zynga Poker on mobile app for a while with few problems. But this one is ramming my chips, I play high stake tables, and for about a week now, ill go in a table and I dont know why butt I start the game without seeing cards, any cards. It puts in my buy in, but cant see my cards, and the game goes on like normal. And its been happening over and over and over now, everytime now I go in a table, and all its doing is throwing money, then I have to leave tha table or lose my pot, so eaither way lose money.

Now I have put a lot of money in this game so I can play the tables I do, hated being broke. So my thing is, is that how much chips I lost because of this, about to make me have to spend another 40 bucks or so just to get back up to where I was at before this problem. I know you guys wont refund me money or put chips in my account cause thats how it usually works right? But cant you guys fix this for me? Really ticking me off now, pretty much the only game I play on my phone, now cant.

So I do ask if I could at least get up to 20M in my account of chips, that would be awesome because I hate throwing in more money and not getting what exactly im paying for, you guys wouldnt like that right? So please help.

I had 36 million chips, decided to play zyngas 2m and 4m VIP rooms. i went all in with about half of the 36 million chips when i knew i had the winning hand, suddenly there was a room freeze and i was thrown offline, once back on i tried to respond with the buttons so i would not be folded and lose it all, zynga would not allow me to and buttons were non functional. i lost all but about 6m of my chips as a result.

i complained to a zynga rep and was told they would trace my history to refund my chips and got an email reply from zynga that after viewing my account history they could not detect where i lost any chips. my response letter was, * how can you insult my intelligence by telling me you saw the video but at the same time you did not see what the video contained*, i also said * does it make sense that i came into the room, threw in millions of chips and intentionally folded to lose them?*

I bought A Zynga Poker Card Yesterday for 25$ And got 11M Chips, then the next day Someone Went on my Facebook account and took all my chips and No one know’s my Password here name Was ‘ Jonine ‘. i know this because my buddy Was on his account and i was not on Facebook at the time and I was Playing on a table with ‘ Jonie ‘ Passing Chips to her And I don`t give chips away. and I wasted 25$ on a Zynga Card for nothing. and Later that day I changed and Locked my account and the Person on my account was still on it. and they Changed my Password at ‘ 8:56 pm were i live it was only 5:56pm. my Card Number. Just to Prove i actually Used this Card. Not saying you guys won’t believe me or anything i Just thought you might be able to get my chips back or something. Just to end thanks for your time i Appreciate it these chips to buy them would have costs me more than fifty dollars so explaining my loss away with some irresponsible excuse such as this seems very wrong on zyngas part, not to mention they make a fortune of the chip sales which mean everything to them but means nothing to them for their players to lose them…just means players have to buy more and thats probably why zynga steals our chips. also, as soon as they wiped me out i had no more software problems and was not thrown out of anymore poker rooms, how convenient!
