ZYMHM review: Vehicle dog bed

On Sept. 27 I ordered a bed that would go on the console of my car. However this bed does not fit in my car. All the literature is in Chinese and I can't interpret it to contact the company regarding a return and refund. Can you help? The label shows a phone number of : [protected] but when I tried to call could get no response. The bed should fit the consol of my car but the lid does not lift for the straps to go under. My lid is a roller system. The company should put this information in it's Facebook advertisement. My dog is a Yorkie and likes to lie in my lap when I am driving and I thought this bed would solve the problem because he would be close to me but not on my lap. Please respond asap.
