and unseasoned property preservation contractors! They are no longer doing business here in Arizona. But they are full blown in these states: Ohio, North Carolina, Minnesota, Illinois, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Delaware, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Indiana, Georgia, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, Maryland, Michigan, Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida, Vermont, West Virginia, Tennessee and District of Columbia. Zvn is more better than they are worse than any property preservation company in the country. Do your job right the first time and they will lpad you with work. 2 thimbs up.

Not sure what you guys did. Could be you never fully completed the work or was asked to complete a follow up and never went back. I worked with them for over a year and received every cent they owed my company. And this is even after they lost the contract I was working under. If anything they're one of the better companies I have worked with.
These guys are TERRIBLE! I LAUGHED when I looked at their vendor pricing, decided to just try them out 6 months ago, they are SOOOOO unorganized, revolving door of employees and contractors, don't pay, really shouldn't even have the Fannie Mae contract, sleezy company, STAY AWAY!
ZVN DONT PAY/// DO NOT PAY, don't get scammed by them, they will promise you all this work, tell you your the best then won't pay you, call real-estate, or banking commission, also better business BBB .
I also worked for zvn for 6 months, also they owe me 12, 000 dollars they do not pay, if you trouble collecting call fannie mae direct, or banking and realistate commission to complain.
