Zmasterminept review: Cookware advertised on american tv

I ordered some cookware I saw on a tv network infomercial! I paid approximately $60 for the set and I never received it! I wrote to the company and they replied that it was shipped but no shipping or tracking number provided! They stated one would be emailed to me within 3 days but there’s nothing and no further response from this scamming company! My main issue is the the USA government and advertisement agencies/news networks allowed these people in the airway and did not protect American consumers by doing their due diligence and checking this fraudulent company out before allowing them airtime and to advertise and sell on our networks! They let us down as Americans and they should be ashamed of themselves! They did not protect us as consumers and they need to pay as well! I ordered something in good faith, not from a scammer email but “off of television in the USA” and they scammed me too! Shameful 😡😡
