Constantly dropping channels. Will be watching a station and TV will go blank and be out for days and weeks on some occasions. No way to personally track internet usage when under previous company that was bought out by Zito I could. Company does not have agents in country. When you have an issue, you speak with service agent in India who has no vested interest in the service nor the company and is difficult to understand at times. Have spoken to these service agents in India on numerous occasions and never get a resolution nor any credit to the bill for services we are paying for, but not receiving
Desired outcome: Want others to be wary that the company doesn't provide a usable service and the just don't care about the end user.
