Stay away from this business! Horrible customer service if you complain about the service you receive! I went in for my yearly service appointment and when I went to leave after my service the seats looked horrible! Spots missed, application was uneven and smeared on. My seats looked like crap! I asked for them to fix it to look better, they took my car back and tried to fix it but it looked worse than before. My ventilated seats are now stained and ruined by the way they applied the treatment! They just told me "it will soak in" I went back a week later to show them it hasn't soaked in and they said "that wasn't from anything we did!" I've contacted the corporate office and they just gave me the franchise owner's email to contact them. Corporate isn't concerned about how their customers are treated. I've contacted the franchise owner's customer service and sent them the pictures they requested and that's it. No contact or reply since.
From corporate: "His name is Mr. Jim Harris. As communicated he has his own corporate office and his own customer service department that is able to handle any issues that they might have. I have forwarded your email to their office with a request to contact you directly. Again, they will only communicate via email only so there is a paper trail. Their email is [protected]@bart1.com if you need to reach them directly." As I stated before they have not responded since I sent them pictures. So now I'm stuck with my seats looking like a 3 yo took a marker to them, I'm so disgusted with this business. Their staff becomes very rude to you when you bring up any issues you have with their service. Again stay away from this business!

Desired outcome: I with like for this company to fix my seats so they don't look like someone wrote on them with a marker and fully complete the job by finishing the places they missed.
