Zara Travel review: No space in flight

I want to say that our customer ALTAF AHMAD was travelling by gulfair Reservation no is (UPIAUL) flight no is GF042 traveling date was 05/01/2023 at 14:25,,,, our customer reach at airport 2 our before from departure,,, airline staff doesn't issue bording pas and wast his time to see documents,,, ALTAF AHMAD provide all documents but after departure of flight staff say no have space in flight now you stay here and wait we will arrange your ticket in next flight ,,he stay longer ,,,at 8 PM the airline staf say you cannot travel today you will go next day ,,, if you stay in hotel or go back your house we will pay penalty of your expenditure...he expend maximum 105 euros for taxi and food and cafe,
