Zamel review: engagement ring 1

I dont know where to start. We chose this pretty engagement ring, which started dropping little diamonds out soon after. For two years we returned it so often it was in for repairs MORE than it was on my finger.
Meanwhile, like idiots, we ordered a matching wedding band. that went "missing" after the order and needed very stressful complaining and ramping up to get it in time for the wedding.
Eventually i had to agree to a refund for the engagement ring as they had repaired it so often and could no longer guarantee it...they tried blaming me but i was very careful with it, and the design was faulty, with a curving ribbon effect which the diamonds kept falling out of..one time one fell out before i got it home from the last repair! And that was in the BOX! it broke my heart as it was so pretty.
I cant tell you the tears I have wept over a few years because of Zamel rings...never again!
