Zaheeda Jabar review: Disappointed loyal customer

Debonairs phoenix plaza., should be striped of their franchise license for unhygienic practices poor service delivery and the lack of customer service.
Their pathetic service has reached its heights.
In my last 5 attempts to order a sub, they have been out of stock
Their delivery is never on time, so much so that they have even taken as much as 1 hr 50mins to deliver a pizza and we had to send it back.
If you prepared to be disappointed by the lack of customer service, poor quality of food and inefficient service delivery I suggest you place an order with debonairs phoenix plaza.
For the love of pizza, ordering a pizza is like a lucky packet it's never made the same way ever, the flavour appears to be there vaguely, and let's not get started on their paper thin base
My recent experience was the most appalling of them all, it took 1 and half hour for the pizza to be delivered. I called the store twice and was advised that perhaps the driver was stuck in traffic. How the hell does a guy get stuck in traffic riding a damn scooter?
To make matters worse eating the pizza appeared to be something out of fear factor, the pizza had someone's hair baked into it.
Talk about disgusting. Their unhygienic practices is disturbing and to make matters worse there was no apologise from management in the slightest.
The staff that answer the phone and take complains don't have basic telephone etiquette.
Phoenix plaza is bringing the debonairs brand in disrepute.
The franchiser needs to investigate this particular store and strip them of their franchise license
